    Important Information

    Orders are only processed/dispatched on weekdays (excluding UK bank holidays).

    All orders are subject to fraud and security checks managed by our payment providers. An order must satisfy these checks before the cut off period for same day dispatch and/or next day delivery.

    We cannot amend the delivery address on an order after it has been placed, we do however allow one hour from when your order is placed in which you can cancel your order should you wish to do so. Please contact us via email at sales@shoeniverse.co.uk or via any of the contact forms on our website to cancel your order.

    Please note domestic orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. If you are unable to accept delivery or Royal Mail have been unable to access your address this will be reflected on the tracking and the shipment will be held at a delivery office awaiting collection for around 21 days in most circumstances. If after this time the item has still not been collected it may be returned to FindYourSole which can take up to 28 working days, however, there is no guarantee the shipment will be returned as we are unable to dictate what happens to the shipment after it has entered Royal Mail’s network.

    Orders addressed outside of the United Kingdom that are undelivered will also be held at a collection or relay point for which the details will be made available via the shipment tracking, the duration for which they are held will also be visible on the carriers website. If they are not collected within this time the carrier may choose to return the shipment to sender, however there is no guarantee they will do so. If returned it can take up to 90 days before the shipment is returned to FindYourSole.

    Upon request we will refund the cost of your order minus any costs incurred in returning the item to FindYourSole once we receive confirmation the shipment has been returned to FindYourSole. We cannot refund any original postage cost. The same applies to deliveries that have been refused. Refusing delivery is not a valid form of cancelling an order or a suitable method of return as we cannot guarantee the shipment will be returned by the carrier. To find out how to return an item please see the ‘Returns’ section at the foot of our homepage.

    Please be advised that you may have to pay taxes, fees or other similar charges when ordering to an address outside of the European Union. Depending on the outcome of the Brexit negotiations between the United Kingdom and European Union similar charges may also be charged to orders being delivered to an address within the European Union from November 1st 2019. We recommend checking these charges with your local customs office prior to placing an order, we do not collect these charges, we do not have control over these charges and we do not keep rates or details to hand.

    Should the local import and custom charges remain unpaid or are refused by you the item could be returned to FindYourSole or destroyed. This is at the discretion of the customs office in the country of delivery. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances we cannot refund your order. If returned, however, we will refund the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to FindYourSole. We cannot refund the original postage cost.
